save yourself the frustration and always backup your data, hitting ctrl+b will bring you to the backup screen. you should backup your data every time you open it up or everytime you close it down but you need to setup a policy and enforce it. Backups are only good if they Exist and you should also test them out from time to time just to make sure your backups are useable. |
